Max Hong

B.A. in Psychology, 4th year, UBC | Research Assistant

Max is a 4th-year B.A. undergraduate student majoring in Psychology at UBC. He is excited to learn more about developmental research and how the results of those research can be applied to parents and the general public. Max is excited to be a part of the research team as he gets a unique perspective in witnessing how knowledge in psychological sciences is discovered. He spent a lot of time outside of classes doing paid and volunteer teaching/tutoring, both online and in person, and with children from both rural and developed areas of China and Canada. Max has always been interested in education and child development as he spent a great amount of time being a “peer teacher” in his mother’s Montessorian school when he was small.
