Erica is a third-year B.A. student majoring in Speech Sciences at UBC. Combining her passion for working with children as a volleyball coach, her coursework, and her experience as a bilingual Spanish-English speaker, she is interested in bilingual language acquisition. She hopes to use these experiences to meaningfully contribute to the lab’s projects while learning about the research process as an RA. In her personal life, Erica enjoys playing volleyball, spending time at the beach, singing, and being with friends and family.
